Managed IT · Cybersecurity · Cloud · AI

Secure operations. Smarter systems. Resilient infrastructure.

A security-first technology practice. We keep your systems running and defended, move you to the cloud with care and help you adopt AI with governance built in. One practice instead of five vendors.

One practice. Five connected capabilities.

Technology problems do not respect category lines. An IT gap becomes a security incident. An AI tool becomes a data governance risk. SafeHarbor AI covers the whole chain so nothing falls between vendors.

Service pillars.

Common questions.

Who actually does the work?
The founder. The person you meet in the first conversation does the analysis, the implementation and the handover. Extra hands are only brought in with your explicit agreement.
What does an engagement cost and how do payments work?
Every engagement is a fixed fee agreed in writing before work begins, with milestones payable by bank transfer or card. No hourly billing and no surprises.
Do you work outside The Bahamas?
Yes. On-site across The Bahamas, remote everywhere else.
We already have an IT person. Does this still fit?
Often, yes. Security reviews, cloud migrations, AI governance and advisory all complement an internal IT resource rather than replacing them.
What happens in an assessment?
A structured review of identity, email, devices, backups and cloud services. You get a written report with findings ranked by impact and a recommended order of work, useful whether or not you continue with us.
